Is this full service?
No. It’s a marketing-only flat fee service with optional support add-ons.
How long will my listing be live?
90 days. Free extensions available with 2 weeks' notice before expiry.
Can I cancel my listing?
Yes, anytime. There’s no penalty to cancel.
What if I want to re-list it later?
If you want it re-listed as “new,” a $250 relist fee applies.
Who manages the showings?
You do. We just handle booking requests through our system.
Can I change my listing after it's live?
One update is included. Additional changes are $50 each.
Will I get a For Sale sign?
If purchased for $200, yes. We ship it to you for self-installation.
Can you help with offers?
Yes — Offer Support is available for $1,000 (includes up to 5 offers).
Do you offer staging or home prep?
No. Staging, cleaning, and prep services are not available through this program.
